“My work is a reflection of my environment, both the physical beauty of living in the mountains as well as the cultural and social environments that I have been exposed to. I am interested in the intersection between elements of the natural world and how it relates to human experience. In my work I attempt to honour the visual beauty and fine details that exist within nature in order to evoke a sense of connection between the viewer and the subject matter”
